We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive/Senior Executive – Accounts to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, finalization of accounts, tax audits, statutory compliance, and day-to-day finance operations. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of statutory audits and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for audits.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other direct and indirect tax compliances, including return filings and reconciliations.
- Perform various types of GL reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support financial reporting, MIS preparation, and management reporting.
- Handle other finance and accounting assignments as delegated by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- CA Final / CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in finalization of accounts, statutory audit, tax audit, GST, TDS, and financial reporting is essential.
