Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – Outbound Sales (Kenya Market)

About the RoleMGM Muthu Hotels is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for the Kenya market from our Chennai office. This role will focus on proactive client outreach, relationship building, and driving revenue through international sales efforts within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Sales & Business Development
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the Kenya market through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities for hotel bookings and services.
- Promote MGM Muthu Hotels’ portfolio, packages, and offerings to travel agents, corporates, and partners.
- Market Focus – Kenya
- Develop a strong understanding of the Kenya travel and hospitality market.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients in Kenya.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
- Upsell hotel services and packages to clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and closures efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams such as reservations, operations, and marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
Key Requirements- 2–6 years of experience in outbound sales, international sales, or hospitality sales.
- Exposure to African/Kenya market will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
