Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory policies while maintaining discipline within the organization. The Executive/Senior Executive for Compliance & Discipline will oversee the development and implementation of policies, manage risk assessments, and ensure adherence to legal and organizational frameworks. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, addressing disciplinary matters, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and providing training to staff on compliance and conduct-related matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance, legal frameworks, and policy implementation
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and drafting compliance reports
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of employee conduct, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- Ability to manage and apply attention to detail in compliance-related processes
- Familiarity with data privacy, labor laws, and governance frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
