Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support the Chairman. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with senior management, excellent communication skills, and strong expertise in email drafting and administrative coordination. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman
- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Draft, review, and respond to emails and official correspondence on behalf of the Chairman
- Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders, clients, and senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents as required
- Organize travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense tracking
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Follow up on key action items and ensure timely execution
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and various departments

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience as a Secretary / Executive Assistant to Senior Management / Chairman / Director
- Prior experience in handling confidential information and executive-level coordination is mandatory
- Candidates from Construction / Interiors based companies will be preferred.
