*Executive Secretary – Chief Doctor & Chairman, Ayurvedic Multi Speciality Hospital*
- Location:* West Mambalam, Chennai | *Experience:* 5–10 years | *Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
*About the Role*
We are hiring an Executive Secretary to support our Chief Doctor & Chairman in managing day-to-day executive, administrative, and liaison activities of the hospital. This role demands high confidentiality, professionalism, and strong coordination skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Executive Support*: Manage Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and calls with patients, doctors, trustees, and external stakeholders.
- *Documentation*: Draft letters, emails, reports, and meeting minutes. Maintain confidential medical, legal, and administrative records.
- *Coordination*: Liaise with hospital departments, government bodies, media, and VIP guests. Follow up on action items from meetings.
- *Operations*: Arrange travel, conferences, events, and hospital functions. Oversee office administration for Chairman’s office.
- *Communication*: Act as the first point of contact for Chairman’s office. Handle queries with discretion and professionalism.
*Requirements*
- 5–10 years as Executive Secretary/PA to senior leadership, preferably in healthcare/hospital
- Excellent English & Tamil communication – written and verbal
- Strong in MS Office, email drafting, and file management
- High integrity, time management, and ability to handle sensitive matters
- Graduate; Ayurvedic/hospital background is an advantage
