Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary, based in Maharashtra, India. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating internal and external communications. This role will also involve assisting in company secretarial tasks, organizing company documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. The Executive Secretary will act as a critical support to leadership, ensuring efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical and organizational skills to manage documents, records, schedules, and office operations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and collaborative demeanor
- Experience in company secretarial work, including documentation and basic legal/regulatory requirements
- Capability to provide executive administrative assistance, such as managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations
- Customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing client and stakeholder queries
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools, collaboration platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
