We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and energetic Executive Secretary with 3–5 years of experience to provide efficient administrative and coordination support to the Director. The ideal candidate should be organized, presentable, and capable of handling responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules effectively
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence in a timely manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs)
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of information
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution and closure
- Support day-to-day administrative activities of the Director
- Assist in project coordination and administrative follow-ups
- Be flexible to travel within Chennai and across India for business requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant
- Energetic, presentable, and well-organized personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Willingness to travel locally between units
