We are based in the UK and have been operating in the global market for over 10 years. We are expanding aggressively into the United States and are seeking a number of high-calibre Executive Search Consultants with deep expertise in IT Sales and Leadership hiring to support our Global System Integrators (SIs) clients.


About the Role


This is not a volume recruitment role. This is a strategic headhunting position for a consultant who understands nuance, influence, and the psychology of executive-level hiring. If you thrive on LinkedIn search, mapping markets, engaging passive C-suite talent, and advising global clients, this role is built for you.


Responsibilities


  • Full-Cycle Executive Search
  • Manage mandates end-to-end: intake, research, market mapping, headhunting, shortlist, offer negotiation, and close.
  • Focus on high-value placements, including Account Executives, Sales Directors, VPs of Sales, and Delivery Leaders.


  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Go far beyond job boards.
  • Leverage advanced LinkedIn search strategies, competitor mapping, and network intelligence.
  • Engage passive talent in the competitive US technology ecosystem.


  • Client Advisory
  • Act as a trusted consultant, not just a recruiter.
  • Provide market insights on compensation trends, talent availability, and hiring strategy in the US.
  • Partner directly with C-level stakeholders across global SI firms.


  • Premium Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a white-glove, high-touch process.
  • Offer honest career advice rooted in integrity.
  • Build long-term relationships, not transactional pipelines.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years in Sales or Leadership hiring.
  • Proven track record of placing candidates in the UK or USA markets.
  • Demonstrated success in executive search environments.


Required Skills


  • Executive & Leadership hiring experience
  • Experience hiring for Global IT Services / System Integration firms
  • UK or US market placement track record
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • High ownership mindset


Preferred Skills


  • Deep experience in IT Sales or Delivery Leadership hiring.
