Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Executive Sales Representative (CRM Sales) to drive revenue growth and expand our B2B customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored CRM solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling CRM solutions to new and existing clients.
- Business Development & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of CRM products, features, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.
- Proposal & Solution Development: Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and solution pitches aligned with client needs.
- Customer Experience & Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and post-sales support.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
