Job Title: Sales Representative Executive
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Telecalling / Sales / Calling Service)
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 300–400 calls per day (both inbound and outbound).
- Manage and execute 7–8 projects simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
- Convert leads into prospects and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum *6 months to 1 year* of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
