1. Executive Sales Representative
Role Overview-We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs.
•Key Responsibilities
1.Lead Conversion:
Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying customers.
2.Client Consultation:
Understand client requirements and explain Vasterior’s MahaVastu services and packages in a compelling manner.
3.Sales Closures:
Drive revenue by closing deals.
4.Follow-ups & Pipeline Management:
Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested leads and manage the sales funnel effectively.
5.Relationship Building:
Build trust with clients through clear communication and consultative selling.
6.CRM Updates:
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status.
7.Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
•Required Skills & Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute or university.
2.1 year of proven sales experience(Freshers can also apply).
3. Strong communication and persuasion skills .
4.Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
5. Basic understanding of consultative selling . (Knowledge of Wedding Planning Industry is a plus.)
6.Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, and virtual sales.
7.Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset.
