Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing 🚀
We are looking for a high-energy and tech-savvy Sales & Marketing professional to drive market intelligence, lead generation, and business development support at Glydus. If you are passionate about data-driven sales, AI tools, and global market research, this role is for you.
📍 Role Overview
As an Executive / Sr. Executive, you will act as the engine behind our business growth pipeline—identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a strong and consistent flow of qualified business opportunities.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Research:
- Identify new OEMs, distributors, and service partners through global market research
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Generate AI-driven insights and reports for leadership
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Execute email campaigns, cold outreach, and lead nurturing
- Build and manage a strong business development funnel
- Convert prospects into qualified opportunities
Data & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM database (single source of truth)
- Track lead lifecycle and ensure timely follow-ups
- Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion rates
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and client communication materials
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and order management
🎯 Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 2 – 8 years in Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, or Business Development
- Education: BE (Mechanical/Industrial) + MBA (Marketing)
- Industry: Automobile / Manufacturing / Technology preferred
- Technical Skills:
- CRM tools (HubSpot/SAP preferred)
- Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data handling)
- Email marketing & automation tools
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on use of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar for research & reporting
- Core Strengths: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and execution focus
