Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Executive Sales Manager will lead sales strategy development, drive growth by identifying and pursuing potential partnerships or donors, and maintain strong relationships with existing stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, analyzing market trends, overseeing team performance, preparing sales reports, and representing Kyvalya Foundation in high-level discussions. This role will also involve promoting the organization’s innovative educational programs to a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Strategic Sales Planning, Sales Analysis, and Client Relationship Management
- Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Team leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and training sales staff
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in an onsite work environment and collaborate effectively
