Executive - Sales (Role Overview)
Responsible for supporting sales and marketing of In-Mold Label (IML) films and related solutions across assigned territories, along with basic technical coordination and customer support.
Note: Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (IML Consumables)
- Support sales of IML films in assigned domestic and/or export territories.
- Identify and connect with local converters to generate business opportunities.
- Assist in expanding market presence and achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with senior team members for customer meetings and business development activities.
IML Machinery
- Support sales coordination for IML converting machinery.
- Assist in handling inquiries and follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Technical Support & Coordination
- Provide basic support on IML film applications and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve customer queries or complaints.
- Assist customers in understanding product usage and improving application efficiency.
Channel & Territory Support
- Work closely with regional sales teams and channel partners.
- Support tracking of sales activities and follow-ups in assigned territories.
Sales Operations
- Follow up on orders, dispatches, and payments.
- Support receivables tracking and coordination for timely collections.
- Maintain sales data and assist in reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (bachelor’s degree required).
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging, films, printing, or related industrial products.
Key Competencies
- Good technical understanding of IML films, molding processes, and packaging applications.
- Willingness to learn and grow in technical sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain product concepts and cost-benefit advantages.
- Problem-solving ability to address technical complaints and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Location
Executive – Sales position is based in Navi Mumbai.
Travel Requirements
Candidate should be willing to travel frequently.
