Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and OEM partners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic analytical ability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to support daily operations and order processing
- Liaise with backend teams, vendors, and OEMs to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Maintain and update sales data, reports, and documentation using Excel and Word
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client communication
- Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support in resolving any coordination or operational issues efficiently
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Understanding of basic calculations and data handling
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Strong team player with good coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in a similar coordination or support role is an added advantage
