Job Title: Executive – Sales

About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The role involves driving sales and business development for product lines including Ecom, Rotachrom, and Nanalysis, while building strong relationships with customers across industries and research institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Ecom, Rotachrom, and Nanalysis product lines in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering / related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in scientific or laboratory instruments)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to chromatography, spectroscopy, or analytical instruments
- Experience working with research labs, pharma, chemical, or academic institutions
- Basic technical understanding of laboratory instrumentation
