About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Chandigarh team. The role involves driving sales and business development for product lines such as
Bandelin, Sonics, and other laboratory instruments, while maintaining strong relationships with clients in research and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Bandelin, Sonics, and related product lines in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across industries and research labs
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering / related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in scientific or laboratory instruments
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laboratory or analytical instruments like ultrasonicators, homogenizers, or similar equipment
- Exposure to research labs, pharmaceutical, chemical, or academic clients
- Basic technical knowledge of laboratory instrumentation
