Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive and energetic Executive: Sales & Customer Experience
professional to be the voice of Protein Box for our customers in Goa. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers through calls, converting leads
into subscriptions, collecting feedback, and communicating insights to the internal team for
continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and convert potential leads into paid meal subscribers.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
- Collect and record customer feedback regarding meals, delivery, packaging, etc.
- Share actionable insights and feedback with the operations and culinary teams to enhance
service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM
tools or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve conversion strategies.
- Support customer inquiries related to subscriptions, meal plans, or payment issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (F&B or
subscription background preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi; Konkani is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer data efficiently.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about healthy living.
