Role Description The Executive Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role includes understanding customer financial goals, recommending suitable Bajaj Life products, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction through regular interactions and follow-ups. The Executive Relationship Manager will coordinate with branch teams and insurance consultants, support sales and renewal activities, and assist customers with policy servicing, documentation, and query resolution. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking relationship metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. The role requires proactive engagement, achievement of business targets, and representation of Bajaj Life’s values in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management skills, including client engagement, retention, and service orientation.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development capabilities, such as needs-based selling, cross-selling, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, including basic data analysis, pipeline tracking, and structured follow-up.
- Candidates should possess digital and compliance awareness, including comfort with CRM tools, online service platforms, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Relevant experience in life insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work from the Ludhiana branch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high professional ethics and integrity.
