Job Summary
The Executive Registrar oversees academic records, student registration, enrollment, graduation processes, and compliance functions. The role ensures accurate student data management, adherence to academic policies, and smooth coordination between students, faculty, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage student records, transcripts, grades, enrollment, and graduation data.
Supervise registration, enrollment verification, and course scheduling processes.
Conduct degree audits and coordinate graduation eligibility and certificate issuance.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, FERPA, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
Prepare reports on enrollment, academic performance, and institutional data.
Support students and faculty with registration, records, and academic policy inquiries.
Manage Student Information Systems (SIS) and academic databases.
Qualifications & Requirements
Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in academic administration or registrar operations.
Experience with student records, enrollment systems, and graduation processes.
Proficiency in SIS, MS Office, Excel, and database management.
Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of accreditation and compliance processes.
Experience with digital academic administration tools.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
