Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Sunrise Hospital in Kochi for an Executive - Referral Marketing. The Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral partners to support patient referrals. Daily tasks include conducting market research and planning, developing and executing marketing strategies, and nurturing communication between the hospital and referral sources. The role also involves sales efforts to strengthen referral networks while ensuring alignment with the hospital's overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing within the healthcare industry
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for referral growth
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Relevant experience in health or hospital marketing is desirable
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
