Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various non-technical roles across departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate must be capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while ensuring quality hiring and a positive candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and maintain job advertisements.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Candidate Screening & Coordination
- Conduct HR screening interviews and initial assessments of candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Provide regular updates regarding hiring progress and recruitment status.
- Support departments in achieving timely position closures.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and recruitment compliance processes.
- Prepare MIS reports related to recruitment activities and closures.
- Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining engagement activities.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns when required.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment documentation and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Experience in bulk hiring or leadership hiring preferred.
