Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Recruiter. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates for leadership and key positions. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing strategic sourcing plans, conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, and managing the hiring process end-to-end. The role will also involve building and maintaining talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Candidates Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, and Market Mapping
- Proficiency in Screening, Interviewing, and Compensation Structuring
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Communication
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
