Multi Recruit is expanding its NON-IT Recruitment team!
We are currently hiring NON-IT Recruiters with 6 months to 3 years of experience in NON-IT hiring. Candidates should have strong expertise in sourcing profiles for roles such as Business Development, HR, Accounts, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, and other non-IT domains.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and convincing skills are essential for this role.
Job Description:
- Handling end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
- Should be capable of independently handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while working as part of a team.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screening and shortlisting profiles based on requirements
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Strong communication and client-handling skills required
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Experience in bulk hiring or retail hiring will be an added advantage
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-IT hiring
- Staffing industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri
- Good sourcing skills
- Good communication skills
