The Executive Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and specialized roles including defining role requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, engaging with candidates through calls and virtual meetings, conducting initial screening and assessment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand organizational needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and support workforce planning. The Executive Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment data, track metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior or executive-level roles, preferably within clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare services.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using professional networks, job boards, social media platforms, and direct outreach; ability to build and nurture long-term talent pipelines.
- Skilled in candidate assessment, including resume evaluation, structured interviews, and competency-based questioning to match candidates with role and culture requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience managing recruitment processes and data in applicant tracking systems or HR platforms, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
