Role Description The Executive – Real Estate Champs role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves supporting clients through the entire real estate transaction lifecycle, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, and coordinating site visits. The executive will assist in evaluating investment opportunities, managing documentation, and liaising with property owners, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth closures. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated property listings, tracking market trends, responding to client inquiries, and providing clear, data-backed recommendations. The role also requires consistent follow-up, relationship building, and adherence to company standards of transparency and integrity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate, including local market dynamics and property types.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand pricing, returns, and investment evaluation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in real estate or property advisory is an advantage.
