Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in the real estate sector located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and qualifying potential buyers, and guiding clients throughout property transactions. Key responsibilities include promoting properties, negotiating deals, managing contractual processes, and keeping updated on local market trends to deliver expert advice. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and manage client relationships
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and recommend suitable property options
- Proficiency in documentation and contract management
- Familiarity with the real estate market, particularly in Gurugram, is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Preferable experience in sales or real estate roles
