MC-Bauchemie India Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction chemicals company with German technology and a strong presence across India, is looking for an experienced QC executive to manage quality testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products including Epoxy, Cementitious Products, and Admixtures. The role involves ensuring product quality compliance, supporting dispatch approvals, troubleshooting quality issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilties:
- Testing of all Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediate, Finished products and traded items in accordance with the product protocols/specifications.
- Responsible for compiling MSDS and TDS of all raw materials.
- Ensure adherence to QMS and BIS and 100% updating of records as and when required
- Generation of Test Certificates for Finished Products.
- Maintaining records pertaining to testing of materials.
- Random FG testing at shop floor of powder product and RM/PM.
- Conducting Laboratory trails for to check & establish compatibility & performance of locally available Raw Materials
- Escalate issues pertaining to Quality to R&D Manager and take necessary steps as and when required
- Extend support to cross-functional departments like R&D/Production /Purchase/Marketing/Sales as and when required on the directions of the reporting Manager
- Visit sites/toll on request and necessary approvals as directed by the reporting Manager in case of requirement to attend complaints.
- Should be able to work in and as a team striving to create a congenial work environment, learning and teaching wherever there is an opportunity.
- Should be able to work in shifts
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputed Construction Chemicals or Paint Manufacturing industry
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control & Laboratory Practices
- Familiarity with ISO & BIS standards
