ITC Limited - 24mantra is hiring for Executive Pre Procurement Quality at Medchal Hyderabad.
Work responsibilities.
- Pre-procurement samples physical analysis , if required recovery update.
- Samples preparation, Labeling, Co-ordination with Sample collection person.
- Sample note preparation with lot no. Qty, Project details etc.., PO creation(follow up with accounts team) and co-ordination with lab.
- If 3rd party own sampling à Sampling request (IRF), Co-ordination with sampler, after sampling conformation of samples dispatches to lab.
- If 3rd Party supplier sampling -à Process is same but ensure to 100 % sampling.
- After sampling Co-ordination with lab and get the reports within the TAT.
- After analysis results verification, declaration of all the results as per standard format and update to procurement team.
- Invoices verification, Submission to account, follow up of payments.
Education & Experience - Graduate in Food Technology with 3 years of experience in similar role.
