Overview

Ensure actively that all the Plant has appropriate capabilities and relevant implementation plans to deliver Quality products to the customer to achieve company objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for Analysis of Gypsum and Gypsum based other raw materials
• Good knowledge on Chemical and Physical Analysis.
• Handling the materials by using Standard Safety methods".
• Chemical analysis i.e, Gravimetric, Volumetric (EDTA) and using latest instruments like
  
  

PH meter,Whiteness meter etc.

• Physical Analysis i.e, Test like fineness by using Blains apparatus, setting time by VICAT Apparatus, Compressive strength etc.
• Candidates should have basic familiarity with MS OFFICE.
• Candidate will be required to work in shifts. He will be required to go to customers to resolve the complaints pertaining to quality. He may also require going to potential suppliers to check the quality of Raw material.
• Should have basic knowledge of IS Standards, Legal Compliance’s
  
  

Educational Qualification

• The ideal candidate should preferably BE/ B. Tech- Chemical
  
  

Experience

• Should have at least 5-6 years in a continuous Process Industry for the Building Material, preferably cement industry.
