PRIME FUNCTION
To manage procurement operations through SAP Ariba and SAP MM modules, ensuring efficient vendor onboarding, seamless coordination across departments, and smooth execution of the purchase cycle from requisition to order.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the SAP Ariba Portal, including Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), Sourcing, and Commerce Automation.
- Coordinate with user departments, internal stakeholders, and suppliers for smooth vendor registration and onboarding processes.
- Liaise with intra-departments to resolve issues related to SLP, sourcing, and commerce automation.
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) using SAP MM Module.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the procurement function.
AUTHORITY
- Authorized to coordinate with internal departments and vendors for procurement-related activities.
- Access and manage SAP Ariba and SAP MM systems for transaction processing.
- Escalate operational issues to the reporting manager for resolution.
JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY
- Experience: 2–3 years in Purchase/Procurement
- Education: BCA / B.Com or equivalent
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP (MM Module)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba
- Behavioral Skills:
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and process orientation

- Timely processing of PR to PO cycle
