Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Production professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Kathua. The Executive Production will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, monitoring workflows, coordinating teams, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality guidelines. The role requires proactive engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and support the organization's commitment to excellence in beverage production.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Knowledge of Food Technology principles and practices
- Experience in Quality Control processes to maintain superior product standards
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage production teams effectively
