Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Executive to oversee day-to-day production activities in our LED lights manufacturing plant. The candidate should have experience in managing production processes, manpower handling, quality coordination, and achieving production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations in the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning schedules.
- Monitor assembly, testing, packing, and dispatch activities of LED lighting products.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments for smooth production flow.
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and daily output records.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift management effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machinery and tools.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in LED lights or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate are preferred.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of LED light manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of production planning and process control.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and safety standards.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting documentation.
