Job Title: Executive Producer
Job Description:
Own studio operating rhythm, revenue growth, client confidence, and end-to-end production execution across dynamic Ad Industry, Movies and episodic animation environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Commercial Mode:
Lead client introductions and relationships from first meeting to closure.
Own proposal strategy, scope shaping, pricing, and margin alignment.
Drive negotiations, conversions, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
Production Mode:
Own team allocation, production planning, and delivery governance.
Manage risks, feedback loops, vendor empanelment, and quality execution across concurrent projects.
Operating System Mode:
Build SOPs and scalable execution frameworks.
Drive resource forecasting, capacity planning, reporting, hiring signals, and cross-project governance.
Non-Negotiables
Industry Experience (10+ Years):
Deep experience across Ad Production, Episodic Animation, and VFX.
Has led both service and creative delivery environments.
Demonstrated success navigating changing scopes and compressed timelines.
Commercial Capability:
Understands the difference between experience creation and conventional selling.
Has closed multi-lakh to multi-crore engagements.
Can shape pricing and build proposals with creative and production teams.
Comfortable leading commercial discussions.
Operational Capability:
Has built systems and improved production pipelines.
Managed teams of 20–80+ people.
Can run multiple concurrent deliveries without compromising quality.
Leadership Capability:
Thinks in systems and long-term operational outcomes.
Recognizes escalation points and acts early internally and externally.
Protects teams while maintaining accountability and a positive environment.
Exercises sound judgment on when and how to say no to clients professionally.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
This role follows a Fixed + Performance-Linked Variable Compensation structure. The variable component is designed to scale meaningfully based on achievement of studio goals across revenue growth, client acquisition, operational excellence, and delivery outcomes.
This role is designed as a leadership progression path, with the opportunity to transition into a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role within approximately 24-36 months, subject to demonstrated business impact, operational ownership, and alignment with studio expectations.
