Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Experience in AS9100, AS9120 certified environments is a plus.
- Proven track record of handling vendor negotiations and purchase order management.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines (e.g., CIPS, ISM) will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
Procurement Knowledge, Vendor Negotiation Skills, Attention to Detail, Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Software Proficiency, MS Office Suite, Compliance Awareness
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Cost Savings, On-Time Delivery, Supplier Performance, Inventory Turnover Rate, Purchase Order Accuracy, Compliance Rate, Purchase Cycle Time.
