Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Executive Procure to Pay. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement and payment processes to ensure timely and efficient operations. Daily responsibilities include processing purchase orders, handling vendor inquiries, auditing invoices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline tasks. The candidate will also maintain accurate records and assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and effective negotiation skills
- Strong financial skills including invoice auditing, payment processing, and cost analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and other procurement technology tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of compliance regulations and procurement best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is an advantage
