Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive - PPC (Production Planning and Control) at our Rajkot location. The Executive - PPC will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing production operations. Key tasks include preparing production schedules, monitoring production progress, coordinating with various departments, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and maintaining production efficiency. The role also involves analyzing data, resolving delays, and ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing operational challenges
- Effective communication and coordination abilities to interact with cross-functional teams
- Experience with tools and software related to PPC operations
- Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control concepts
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines as part of a results-driven team
- Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
