Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in South Delhi. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and personal support to the executive team. Daily responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and performing other clerical and administrative tasks as needed. The role also entails liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong experience in Diary Management and scheduling
- Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written abilities
- Competence in general Clerical Skills, including filing, organizing, and managing documents
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proactive and professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in executive assistance or a similar role is highly desirable
