Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in New Delhi. The Personal Assistant will support executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities include diary management, booking appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and overseeing clerical tasks. The role requires ensuring that day-to-day activities operate efficiently while maintaining effective communication channels with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives effectively
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships
- Experience with Diary Management, scheduling, and organizing meetings and appointments
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document management, correspondence handling, and travel arrangements
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
