Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an executive personal assistant based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to executive leadership, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, organizing travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and enhancing the efficiency of executive-level activities.
Qualifications
- Personal assistance and executive administrative assistance skills to support executive leadership effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Diary management skills, including scheduling, organizing, and managing appointments and meetings.
- Proficiency in clerical skills, such as managing correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with senior executives is an advantage.
