Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives.
Daily tasks include:
- Managing schedules
- Coordinating meetings
- Handling clerical tasks
- Maintaining organized records
- Ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, along with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior-level executives effectively
- Strong skills in Diary Management and organising complex schedules
- Excellent Communication skills for internal and external correspondence
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, document preparation, and logistics coordination
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative tools
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is a plus
