Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Personal Assistant will manage the day-to-day activities of senior management, including handling scheduling, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and performing other clerical tasks. The role requires consistent coordination, communication, and organizational skills to efficiently support leadership and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Diary Management and scheduling
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and general office management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in working in a professional office environment is preferred
