Job Overview
GrowMyDhandha is a management and marketing consulting firm specializing in business strategy, brand development, and venture operations. With a strong digital presence and a portfolio that includes high-end lifestyle brands (SWYN), semi-luxury retail, and proprietary ventures like The Otlo, we operate at the intersection of strategy and execution.
We are seeking a high-agency, dynamic Executive Trainee to support the Principal Consultant and the core team. This is not a standard data-entry role; it is a fast-track position for a fresher who wants to learn how a consulting firm operates from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
Execution Management: Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies for our clients. You will ensure that the "Strategy" (Planning) translates effectively into "Execution" (Live campaigns/content).
Agile Operations: Act as an "Adaptor." Our projects range from event tech (The Otlo) to luxury branding. You must be able to switch contexts rapidly and handle diverse operational requirements without losing quality.
Digital Asset Management: Manage workflows for content, website updates, and brand collateral. You will act as the custodian of brand guidelines for our clients.
Research & Systems: Assist in building internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and conducting market research to support client deliverables.
Candidate Profile (The "Adaptor")

Proactive Mindset: You do not wait for instructions on how to solve a problem; you research, attempt, and present solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, AI tools, Project Management software) is essential. You must be comfortable adopting new technologies quickly.
Professional Maturity: You understand the importance of deadlines, confidentiality, and professional communication.
