About PASHAN
PASHAN is a quarry owner and block exporter based in the hills of Ajmer. We bring rare natural stone out of India and into the hands of the world's best fabricators and designers. Seven Seas Quartzite has been processed exclusively in Italy for three years. Mara Vida Dolomite Marble launched this year and is already moving fast in India and Europe. We do not follow rules, we follow nature. Ancient art, living luxury.
The role
We are a lean, fast-moving team. One partner runs the quarries, with twenty-plus years of finding and bringing to market materials used across the world. The other runs commercial, brand, and partnerships across India, Italy, and Thailand.
What we don't have is someone holding the operation together while we're doing that. That's this role.
You will become the second brain of the business. You will own the systems so nothing falls through the cracks between a call in Ajmer, a flight to Bangkok, and a meeting in Verona.
What you'll own
- CRM and pipeline: keep every contact, every touchpoint, every next action current and accurate
- Accounting oversight: work directly with our accountant, chase invoices, track receivables, keep cash position visible at all times
- Logistics: travel bookings, shipping documentation, coordination with buyers and freight partners
- Admin and follow-through: turn conversations into action items and make sure they get done
- Light content support: help keep our Instagram and outreach calendar on schedule
- General problem-solving: this business moves fast, and the role will move with it
Who you are
- Sharp, organised, and genuinely enjoys building order out of moving pieces
- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and follow-up without needing to be chased yourself
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ajmer
- Strong written English, comfortable with email and WhatsApp in a professional context
- Someone who wants ownership, not just tasks. We will hand you real responsibility fast.
- Experience in exports, logistics, or working directly for a founder is a plus, not a requirement

आपकी ज़िम्मेदारियां
- CRM और पाइपलाइन: हर कॉन्टैक्ट, हर बातचीत, हर अगला कदम अपडेट और सही रखना
- अकाउंटिंग की निगरानी: हमारे अकाउंटेंट के साथ सीधे काम करना, इनवॉइस फॉलो करना, बकाया राशि ट्रैक करना, कैश पोज़िशन हमेशा साफ रखना
- लॉजिस्टिक्स: ट्रैवल बुकिंग, शिपिंग डॉक्यूमेंटेशन, खरीदारों और फ्रेट पार्टनर्स के साथ समन्वय
- एडमिन और फॉलो थ्रू: बातचीत को एक्शन आइटम्स में बदलना और उन्हें पूरा करवाना
- हल्का कंटेंट सपोर्ट: इंस्टाग्राम और आउटरीच कैलेंडर को समय पर बनाए रखने में मदद
- सामान्य समस्या समाधान: यह बिज़नेस तेज़ी से बढ़ता है, यह भूमिका भी उसी के साथ बढ़ेगी
