Key accountabilities
Responsible for handling all IELTS enquires
Responsible for all administrative work related to IELTS
Support to our referral partners and Candidates
Customer service as per the IELTS global standards
Maintaining administration and operation records and updating when necessary
Monitor IELTS supplies and place orders when necessary
Ensuring resolution of quires within the stipulated TAT
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
Required Experience
Candidate should have good communication skills
Candidate must be gratduate
