Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Executive - Operations (Fresher). Operations Executive is responsible for processing and coordinating insurance proposals from submission stage until successful login with insurers. The role involves document verification, coordination with sales teams and insurance companies, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth policy issuance within timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Preferred knowledge of insurance products and broking operations.
- Basic understanding of KYC and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
