Work Days : 6 days (Work from Office)
Job Purpose:
To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients discharged from Medanta hospitals to inform them about available Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, remote monitoring, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about Medanta Homecare offerings.
- Pitch appropriate homecare products and services based on patient needs and medical condition.
- Maintain excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism while interacting with patients and families.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and revenue conversion goals.
- Record call details, patient interactions, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth service on boarding of patients.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality through effective engagement.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales/healthcare/service industry/BPO
