Role Description
This is a part-time work from office role for an Executive Office Assistant. The Executive Office Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, calling clients, inquiry on demand, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence & overseeing deployed AI agents. They will provide professional assistance with office equipment management, maintain records, ensure efficient communication flow within the organization, and assist with other tasks to support office operations and leadership functions.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, scheduling, and calendar management
- Ability to handle Office Equipment and AI agentic tools accessing capabilities
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and email platforms
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in an executive assistant or administrative role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
