Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive in Nesting and Laser Cutting based in Kagal. The role involves preparing and optimizing nesting layouts for sheet metal and pipe cutting to minimize material wastage, managing CNC laser cutting operations, and ensuring adherence to quality and production standards. The Executive will collaborate with the production and design teams, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure the timely execution of customer orders with high precision.
Qualifications
- Experience in CNC Laser Cutting and Nesting Software operations
- Technical proficiency in CAD software, nesting software, and understanding of 2D/3D drawings
- Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely execution of orders
- Knowledge of materials, tolerances, and quality control in sheet metal manufacturing processes
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills specific to CNC and laser machinery
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or fabrication industry is a plus
