External Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Investor Relations and Corporate Communication
- Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases.
- Support the development and maintenance of investor databases and contact lists.
- Monitor macro and market trends, peer performance, and analyst reports and derive insights.
- Help coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Track and analyze shareholder activity and prepare summary reports.
- Managing IR page of website to ensure accurate content, timely display of information, changes and suggestions in look/ease of access
- Routine activities like for documentation, vendor bill processing and payments
Treasury
- Banking Documentation - Handle documentation related to Import - Export and Domestic banking instruments including coordination with banks and internal user functions.
- Reporting Activities & Compliances - Ensure timely delivery of MIS reports, documentation accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
